The International College of TUTE was established in the year of 2008 to provide education service and support to international students studying at TUTE. At present, the responsibilities of the college include Chinese language programs, recruitment of international students, the support and management of the study and living of the international student, short-term curricula development, the Confucius Institute programme, the organizing of international events, etc.
